Installation and Solutions
1. When cutting pipes vertically, use scraper to remove surface oxide layer on the pipe.
2. According to the inserting depth of HDPE electrofusion fittings, use pen to draw marking line pipe surface.
3. Insert pipes into fittings till the depth of the marking line. After installation, the pipe axis lead and electrofusion fittings are coincided.
4. Pipes and pipe fittings are fixed by fixed clamp, so as to prevent dislocation and loose in the welding process.
