Introduction
Songjiang Smart Joint Company began to design and produce FM2000 large diameter butt fusion welding machine in 2009. With rich production experience, we are able to manufacture various sizes of hot melt welding machines for customers, such as FML1000, FML1200, FML1600 and FML2000 models. FM1200 and FM1000 types are put into mass production about 20 years. The largest FM 2000 butt fusion welding machine can be up to 2 m. The welding range is from 1400 mm to 2000 mm. Due to the application of 4 sets of clamps, different sizes inserts and 2 hydraulic cylinders, large diameter hot melt welding machine can realize pipe to pipe and pipe to fitting welding easily.

Features
1. Remote operation box contributes to convenient operation so that the operator can observe the fusion phase in the front.
2. FM2000 large size butt fusion welding machine can be equipped with crane to lift up the heater and hydraulic unit together with the base machine.
3. Hot melt welding machine possesses storage shelf with wheels, which makes it easy to move the heater.
4. The operator only needs to input the pipe diameter, SDR and material grade. The controlling center will guide him or her for each step and will automatically supply the pressure in different welding phases.
5. Driven by hydraulic unit, the facer of FM2000 butt fusion welding machine, featuring smart design, light weight and easy operation, can mill the pipe ends from pipe inside to outside. There is a facer support device on the base machine.
6. Operation panel on the base machine back with clamp moving control, pressure release and facer operation button. Hot melt welding machine has manometer, pressure regulation valve, voltmeter, temperature controller, emergency stopper, and sockets for facer, heater and hydraulic unit on the right side of the panel.
